My Personal Story...

There are 10,000 lenders out there to choose from and a loan officer on every corner. Unfortunately, too many of them are former telemarketers, dialing for dollars, hoping you don't do your research.  Not everyone strives for excellence; Not everyone has the heart of a teacher; Nor has the personal experience to help you navigate the complexities of the largest financial purchase of your life.

I have been so fortunate to have been taught by some of the best in the industry.  As a former Underwriter with Countrywide Home Loans, I know more than just how to pre-qualify a client. More importantly, I know how to structure loans and make the system work for you, to save you money.  In other words, I close!!!!

Over the years, my wife, Sharon and I have owned 5 homes. If you include refinances and 2nd mortgages, we've had 9 different loans, with 9 different lenders and 9 different loan offices and not a single one did we use a second time.  Why? They went dark on the communication, treated us like a number and could care less about us. I promised myself that I would never do that to my clients.  Every client deserves my best and to be treated like a millionaire! Every client, every time, no exceptions.
